Glazing installation
Commercial buildings are affected by broken glass from use of cradles, substandard material during construction, lack of edging and smoothening during installation, among other reasons. Our team of façade and technical experts will measure broken glass dimensions, carry samples and ensure correct procurement of exact same quality and dimensions
Façade Cleaning
We have worked with heights of upto 40 floors when cleaning. As opposed to just wiping off dirt, we use water, industrial detergents, watermark removers and squeegees to ensure a clean finish every time. This ensures that there is no dirt streaks left during the cleaning process
Bird prevention
Birds perch on building railings & ledges and cause dirty windows and walls through their droppings. We install spikes, netting & bird repellants on such buildings to deter birds from perching & nesting on ledges and cradle rails, hence making windows dirty with their droppings.
Eyebolt installation with certification from standard bodies
We install both abseiling & fall arrest eyebolts to high standards and ensure certification of the same after installation by accredited standards compliance companies.
Painting repairs & full paint
Using rope access technique, we paint, decorate in part or fully, for restoration of buildings’ exterior surfaces. Debris netting is used during this process, to ensure that the floors and surfaces below are kept completely clean from drops of paints.
Lighting repairs, maintenance and installations
We have the technical know-how, to change lights at heights, install new lights and conduct minor repairs on faulty transformers and wiring.
Our façade experts are professionally trained to handle these minor repairs while ensuring very high safety standards at all times, in line with our HSE policy.

Debris netting during construction
Falling debris can pose a serious threat to pedestrians and tenants. We install nettings or wire mesh to offer protection against falling objects during repairs on already occupied commercial or residential properties, or in buildings under construction.

Building survey & Post construction cleaning
It is difficult to tell the exact condition of a building without getting up close and personal. We will give a comprehensive report on all the elements of a building and suggestions on how to proceed with maintenance. We remove heavy debris, aluminium and glass wrappers during post construction cleaning.
Waterproofing of porous roof tops, walls and slabs.
Some rooftops are constructed with aesthetics in mind. Special focus is on flat roofs with interlocking tiles, cemented slabs with waterproof cement alone.
These kind of materials lets in water after some time and would cause the floors below the rooftop to leak in rain or storage water.
We have specialized in waterproofing solutions and repairs using both waterproof sika cement and APP bituminous membranes, liquid waterproofing and sheet membranes, to ensure water does not penetrate through the membranes, causing damage and wetness.
